Chongquig was a beautiful city, I am sure where the locals live might not be that way, but it was a surprise of how beautiful it was.
We then flew to Xian - the Land of the Terracota Warriors. They took us to a museum about the history of China.
Hot Pots are a very chinese meal. I believe a true hot pot is where they take a large pot, put water in it and then each individual person throws in what they want, then when they think it is cooked they take it out either with the soup or not, place several different hot or seasoned sauces on it and eat it. We came to the conclusion that it was a watery fondu. They gave us each our own hot pot to cook in. It was fun, and tasty.
I had seen some canisters on the bar next to our table with several weird things in them, one was a sea horse. I asked John, our tour guide, what it was, and he said it is like your "Viagra". Believe me any one that drinks that too much won't be feeling the sex, little alone you know what.
